The SAFE-N-SECURE Limited Equipment Warranty is a non-transferable warranty that covers all parts and equipment as sold by for a period specified below from date of purchase.
Coverage: This warranty covers the parts that originally came with the equipment and their replacements as replaced under warranty by SAFE-N-SECURE. Limitations: This warranty does not cover shipping, mileage, or labor costs associated with parts diagnostics or replacement. This warranty does not cover theft, mutilation, abuse or misuse, complete or total destruction of the equipment or related parts in any form; “acts of God” (such as fire, flood, earthquake, tornado, hurricane and all other such forms of damage); unauthorized upgrades, hardware changes, hardware enhancements made by the end-user, customer, or third parties; or any and all software related issues. This warranty is void if the customer enlists third-party technical assistance during the warranty period without authorization from SAFE-N-SECURE. SAFE-N-SECURE reserves the right to cancel this warranty at any time, without notice, for any reason. Remedy: If a part or piece of equipment is found to be defective, SAFE-N-SECURE will, at SAFE-N-SECURE's option, repair or replace the part or equipment. The customer will be responsible for all costs not covered under warranty as well as providing SAFE-N-SECURE with all necessary documentation including, but not limited to receipts, copies of the manufacturers' warranty, and positive identification. No Liability for Consequential Damages. In no event shall SAFE-N-SECURE or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental, direct, indirect special and consequential damages, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this SAFE-N-SECURE product or service, even if SAFE-N-SECURE has been advised of the possibility of such damages. |
