1. Download Yuuguu from yuuguu.com or from the link above. 2. Install Yuuguu (or click run from IE when downloaded) 3. Get the login and password from your Support Specialist 4. click snstech 5. click show 6. A message will pop up by the clock "snstech has requested control" > Click Share NOTE: Once the Session has ended, exit and uninstall YuuGuu |
