Please Note: Once your order is complete you will receive a payment confirmation from Paypal.  Unless additional communication is requested the next communication you will receive from SAFE-N-SECURE is our ship confirmation with tracking info when your order is shipped.

Small Items: Unless otherwise specified, orders may take up to 7-10 days to arrive via UPS.  Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may experience longer ship times depending on location.  You will be notified of any delays in shipping. 

DVRs/HVRs and PCs: Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery to continental US via UPS.  Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may take up to 3 weeks or more depending on location.

International Shipping: International Shipping is not avaiable.

APO/FPO, PO BOX Shipping: Because of the nature of what we sell and size limitations of other carriers, we require a physical address to ship to.

Shipping handler: Shipping is handled directly by SAFE-N-SECURE

Billing: All billing is handled by SAFE-N-SECURE and processed using Paypal.
